ecoté black velvet burnout off shoulder romper

Soooo comfortable! This romper is simple and chic with textured detailing. It is shown on the model in a different color above. This romper is black with a black velvet paisley pattern. It has a stretchy elastic waist and a thin belt to tie around that is the same fabric as the romper. The neckline is also elastic so this piece can be worn on or off the shoulders. I only wore this piece one time to a christmas eve party with sheer black tights and booties and it looked great!
