eskanadar coat or very thick blouse - flaws listed

Wool linen blend, very thick. Butter cream color. Flaws - 3 of the natural shell buttons are chipped and there is only one replacement button inside on the content tag, pictured. One of the chipped buttons is under the collar, the other two are on the cuffs. There is some all over dust staining from storage that a good cleaning would get out. On the right sleeve, there are some darker stains though. They are pictured. There is also a small threadbare spot I’m pointing at in a pic.
