express y2k style floral skirt

lovely floral skirt from Express, not sure if this true Y2k but it looks it! elastic waistband, lots of stretch, about 16.5 inches across, about 24 inches long, orange-pink-red-green flowers on plum/brown background. stylish and comfy!
