floral vintage summer dress

2 layers the flowers are velvet while the rest of the outside is sheer. Falls slightly above mid thigh for me. I'm 5'7" size 4 fits perfectly can also fit as a 2 or 6. Strappy racerback no need to wear a bra because the flowers mask the breast area.
