flowing black and white vintage dress

black and white polyester vintage dress twirls beautifully ruffled v-neck 2 inch wide elastic waist 3/4 sleeves with elastic cuffs labeled as xs but fits more like a medium shoulder 15.5 inches across 43-44 inches long good condition fabric hangs in flattering way. tiny red spot on back shoulder. 2 very faint yellow stains in skirt pictured in last photo~not really noticeable unless held up to a light.
