forever 21 B&W polka dot sheer S blouse

Blouse isn’t see-through but does have a sheer style to it. Could possibly see through it and a direct sunlight. Does fit a little longer on the waist but the sleeves are about 3/4 length maybe a little longer with elastic. Very cute once again you can wear it with jeans or slacks. Only worn once great condition.
