@smbohne Hello! the flap is sown at the very top no buttons & only a zipper in the back. I love it because it hides when you are a little bloated! Lol

@juliannaw Thank you for the quick response! I'm worried this won't fit me if this is the case. ☹ I have another Forever 21 skirt that's similar to this, but the flap is connected by a button so the under skirt gives a little more width in the thighs. I think I may need to size up.
