formal embellished cocktail dress

Super cute formal/cocktail dress. Got from a bridal store going out of business, but never wore it! Is a pretty satin-y blue. Has an attached embellished belt. Cups inside are padded and built into the dress. Has a size/style tag from the boutique that states it’s a size 8. Great condition with two tiny marks on the back bottom of the dress, as shown in the picture.
