formal w/beaded Jacket (2nd wedding?)

This strapless formal is beautifully vintage styled and made of steele blue taffeta. It has loops for detachable straps, straps are gone. It has a beautiful sweetheart top and beaded applique at the high hip. The short jacket is sheer and fully beaded to match. This dress is in perfect condition. It has never been worn, only tried on.
