francesca's NWT striped dress

Blue and green striped dress quarter sleeves. it is tighter fitting at the top with a v neck cut and flows at the bottom. the bottom wraps and there is a skirt built in the bottom. never worn with tag still (price was ripped off because it was a gift) from francesscas i am 5'8 the dress hit just above my knee
