nicanicanica @abailey623 hi! It’s 28” from the neckline and 31” with the straps (measured flat). I’m 5’1” and it hits about an inch above my knees. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions 😊

nicanicanica @abailey623 it’s definitely a mini length like a lot of free people dresses. I personally love a short dress and usually wear biker shorts underneath 😅 but I think 5’4” shouldn’t be too too short. I can add a photo of me wearing it if that helps!
