fun unique dress ! slight flare skirt and a sheer back and sleeves.

I bought this dress in a really cool boutique in downtown St. Petersburg. I am a size 4 when I wore the dress it says 38 on it. I guess that’s a European size. It has a fun slightly flared skirt and a sheer back and sheer sleeves and a very colorful fun skirt.
