glamour by terani couture size 2 ball gown dress

waist: 27” straps: 13” length: about 63” I am 5’ 5” and wear a size 0/2. I wore 2” heels and my feet were completely covered by the gown. The bust area is a bit big for me (34B), I’d say it would fit a C cup or larger better. Ball gown, A line dress. Worn once for a cello concerto, received dozens of compliments on the dress! Like new without tags. Red with silver mesh covering. Layers of white tulle (?) that give some extra poof to the skirt. Ruffles on the top layer.
