golf club chipper thats bent but cheap needs the lie adjusted

yes its bent and idk how to fix this but if you do thats great and if you have a vise easier or just take it to the golf shop to have the lie adjusted either way i cant use it and need to purge :) btw its a 2 way chipper so left or right handed players can use this oops yes the hosel is supposed to look that way its kinda a plumbers neck design
