This top is so so beautiful!! Vintage Betsey Johnson. Love the frills along the neckline and the bottom. Entirely mesh, so it is see-through. Adjustable straps and a bra hook in the back. Little triangle keyhole in the back. Black ribbon on the sides that can be tied in the front or back. Long enough to be a dress depending on desired length. Bought second hand and still in great condition. Best fit for a small or medium.
