mckenzie_a_2005 so the skirt waist size is 12.5?

jamiefuller1227 @mckenzie_a_2005 laying flat the waistband is 12.5" across (so one side) I did however just measure it more accurately, going all the way around the waist band and it came to 25" from zipper to zipper

jamiefuller1227 @mshimaintenence so sorry it took me so long to respond, I'm a barista and typically weekends are my busy days, if I'm understanding your comment correctly you seem to be top heavy (and I love that for you). I put the top on with a sweater bringing my measurements to 38" at the bust, the top fits with no gaps in the buttons, but at that point it does get restricting, but only in the back of the shoulders with arms crossed over to the front
