happie loves it for LF cotton dress, 100% cotton except for the belt- fun orange and cream print, polka dot belt and glitter buttons! label says “one size” so here are the measurements: pit to pit laid flat about 18.5 in, almost 19 in at waist seam and almost 39 in from shoulder to bottom hem- belt can tie as small as you need! Not yet vintage but almost- tag shows it’s from spring of 2007
