i madeline cold shoulder open knit top and/or skirt

i madeline skirt or/and cold shoulder open knit The way the tag is located it would be a skirt, but there are 2 openings that it could also be worn as a cold shoulder top. Great used condition, there is a very faded off white spot shown in photos, barely noticeable. waist if worn as skirt is about 26 inches / 13 flat across length is about 23 inches
