posh_winnie @alexisstiles Hi, well it's the 30th and still no tracking updates & I haven't recieved the package. We need to nove forward with customer service. I sent a message that we can't communicate via the purchase messages & they told me to message you here on the item. That doesn't however, help us follow the instructions to contact customer service on that message thread. I did send an email to them in RE to my earlier email.
