iPhone 14

!PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION! So I am absolutely not a fan of Mercari anymore & I use the app so often… they allowed me to get scammed and would not help me (persons profile in the last photo, please don’t let it be you)… I purchased this iPhone 14 here and basically was sold an insurance replacement phone and months later here I am out of a phone and money lol… I got the phone in March, it worked for a few months and now the service is completely blocked, everything works except calling and texting, so like iMessage can still be used and stuff… it’s fake like an iPad now. If you know how to resolve this with a third party or something best to you, I don’t know how to & I’ve tried calling Apple, T-Mobile, etc and nothing has worked for me so selling, can be used as like an iPad or parts, I already have an iPad I don’t need another. Mercari said it’s been too long and the seller was rated so they won’t help me. Thanks!
