lisssaluvya You bought my ud naked 3 palette and I clearly stated in the description that it had been swatched with both a brush and my fingers, that’s why it was so cheap. To leave a one star review is insane to me, what exactly were you upset about? Did you read the description?... it clearly said the brush was used and showed upclose pics... like I’m honestly shocked rn do u understand what the rating system is?? That is so wrong... I’m really disappointed someone would rate so dishonestly.

lisssaluvya Honestly I’d rather you just return it than do that to my shop, those ratings affect our business, and I just went over it again, the pics are very clear and it says the brush was used and swatched in my description. I’ve contacted posh about this. I don’t understand how you could complain about something stated in the description, I’m really really confused rn:(

lisssaluvya The palette I sent should have looked exactly like the pics on the listing... I’m just like confused because most of the colors were brand new and some had a swatch taken out but you could still see the manufacturer stamp on the pans...
