iZ byer Stretch Black and White Striped Dress - Junior Size 5 - Work Cocktail. A cute dress that I've owned for over a decade but simply does not fit me anymore and never will. It used to have a belt but I lost it ages ago. There's still a loop on the dress to attach a belt but it looks very cute without it anyway. Very stretchy but formfitting dress. The cut of the bodice and the stripes make it flattering on every body type. Hidden Zipper in the back. Quite short! Was just a bout mid-thigh when I fit in it. Chest Approximately 15" from pit to pit Skirt is approximately 20" from the waist down to the hem.
