Mint green with gold threads woven in for very shimmery effect, empire waist, material and size tag missing but feels like a poly/spandex/rayon fabric, lining is same color green, listing as small because of underarm to underarm measure of 15", length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress 38", fabric rolls at bottom hem line, shoulder straps are 2" wide
