inTu green off-the-shoulder top w/tie straps - XS

Flowy, off-the-shoulder peasant top in a deep green/blueish shade. Embroidered flower design on both sleeves. Tie straps are not adjustable but you could easily alter the strap length if you wanted. Neck and arm holes are stretchy. Would fit size 2/4 and possibly small 6. Like new, excellent condition!
