iz Byer dress. Black and white chevron or herringbone bottom. Top is black 3/4 sleeve (sheer), with pleats down the front, narrow cold shoulder holes approximately 12", button on back with small key hole. This is a classic dress but still makes a statement with all the features it has! Size small. In excellent condition.
