jessiteekasingh @priscillan101 no it’s not a velvet material! it’s an extremely soft cotton. almost velvety feeling but not there. it’s literally the softest dress i’ve ever worn! and yes love, i’m an XS i just tightened the straps as high as i can because the dress is already in the smallest size! 💗
