- japanese brand cherry heart skirt - y2k / 2000s - this is such a beautiful skirt by the japanese brand, milk!! this was made in the early 2000's/y2k era. however i'm unsure the exact year of production. has velvet accents on the bottom of the skirt that are soft to the touch. also has an elastic waistband for added comfort, not to mention the skirt itself is made of a solf cotton. has cherries and heart designs all over the skirt, and is such a perfect staple to anyone with a cutesy aesthetic. please see measurements for more accurate fitting! measurements taken flat! waist - 13" unstretched length - 19"
