jenny by ara 3 h made in germany more like a 6.5

So, I bought these thinking that 3 H is a 5.5 but this shoe is more like a 6.5 is my guess. The bottom of the shoe measures 8 1/2 inches. They were listed as brand new, but I am listing it as used. I did not use the shoe because it did not fit me. It is made in Germany. It is a 3 H. The heel is 1 1/2 inches. The sewing on the shoe is perfect. A 3H in Germany says that it is equal to a 5 in USA shoes, but, the bottom is 8 1/2 inches long so this is not a 5. The shoe is nicely made.
