There saying there records indicate it hasn’t been shipped. Yet it says delivered on both our ends I don’t know how this happened without a shipping label. They were so far very unhelpful. Have they gave you anything? Or are you able to refund me? Or still send them out? I am at a loss right now of what to do.

I did try to open a Dispute with the transaction as well so hopefully we can figure this out because I was trying to get those as a gift for someone in need and this has been a nightmare. I know this isn’t your fault but I hope we can fix this so I can still help my friend out.
