This amazing jacket was made in the early 1940s from felted wool in a rich shade of blue. It has been embroidered and appliquéd with various traditional Mexican motives and features a large appliqué of a dancing couple on the back. The sharp collar, cuffs, edges and patch pockets have been decorated with stiched embroidery.
