kiss me deadly retro 8-style garter belt

Tag is missing, but this was bought from a pinup boutique sometime during the 2000's. 8 garters in silver metal and adjustable, 3 rows of adjustable hooks on the back, lying flat, 11.5" across the top unstretched, and this is very stretchy. tag is missing, but this was bought along with the 6-style I have up for sale, which does have the tag.
