lace trimmed short sleeve black swim coverup

Medium short sleeve lace trimmed black Adiva swim coverup. Semi-sheer V-neck flowy coverup. Has lightly elasticized waist and side seams that go partway up to armpits (hard to see in pics) to help give it some shape (measures 20” across from inner seams as shown in pics #5 and 6). No material tags - very lightweight - my best guess is polyester. EUC - like new condition.
