A cute light blue long sleeve lace up, off shoulders (wider neck) top. Made from cotton, and spandex. True to size, but if you'd like a looser-longer fit going a size up would be for you. It had a stretchy build. Soft and comfortable. This is true to size if you'd like it to fit like a top, and a size up if you'd like it a bit bigger than a top. Please refer to actual pictures on neck line. Neck line is not really that off the shoulder.
