kisskissvogue @sortiz0223 Hi! The material is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. It is true to misses sizes. It is a cropped jacket though. It's not long as you can see in the picture! Very cute and comfy! 😊💖

kisskissvogue @fatty8 Hi! The Small measures 17" in the bust and the Large measures 18" in the bust. The Large may give you a little more room for comfort. And the fabric on the arms do have some give to them. So they allow for some stretch. 😊

kisskissvogue @fatty8 Hi! There is not a big difference in size between the Small and Large. The large might offer a little more room for you if your worried about the Small being too tight.
