autechre @malinois7 i thought i would show you a good example: these are the 2 lauren ashtyn hair toppers i have. The first photo is the flat one and the second photo is the one with lots of height and volume. Can you see the difference? i am looking for a topper similar to the second one. it is upsetting that her pieces are not consistent. i understand that they are all handmade and no too will ever be alike but this is such a huge difference to me.

malinois7 @autechre It is a big difference - you should contact her company & ask regarding the change in volume & density. Is it possible to use styling products to give the flatter topper more lift & volume? Definitely contact her company to figure out why they are so different- they should be able to do something helpful!

autechre @uzmasarfaraz Hello again...I am curious does your pricilla full volume topper look more like the one in the top/first photo or the second/bottom photo as far as height/volume of roots? (i hope that makes sense...both these toppers are Lauren Ashtyn but the top one lays quite flatter with more noticible part while the other has a lot of height at the roots. Thank you

autechre @chasingdreams10 Unfortunately that is the problem...i do not want a flat topper, I am looking for one that has a lot of height and volume like the one on the right.

chasingdreams10 @autechre what I mean is that the topper snaps close to the head. So there is no gap like others have. You can check perfectfringe on Instagram to see what I mean. The hair is full on top but the topper base itself sits flat to make it look like the hair is coming out of your own scalp.
