layered tulle skirt

this A line style skirt features 5 layers of beautiful black tulle surrounding a half length opaque black insert. easy to dress up or down. no label or tags as this item is hand made, however it is in new condition, ordered on Etsy & never worn. stretchy elastic waistband rests at approximately 26" in circumference (12" straight across), and the skirt length is 26".
