leather pencil skirt

i’m pretty sure it’s faux and it’s in good condition the top has a belt built in so it can fit waists 26” - 28”. there is a slip under and there’s also a zipper under the belt. no specific brand. there’s no stretch measurements waist: 26in -28in length: 22.5in hips: 37in
