light blue strapless satin dress with a slit, gems, and semi-sheer top!

this strapless dress is brand new and unworn but the tag fell off. it says it’s a size 2 but fits like a size 0. it fits beautifully and is very secure on the chest. i bought this for my prom but found something else! i’d appreciate if someone took this off my hands and i’m 100% willing to negotiate the price!🫶🏼
