gumdropgoodies @debjwiggin1 hey! so they are pretty true to size! but if you are in a toss up, go with the bigger of the two. the medium shorts as it sits are 29" hips but easily stretched to 38" around. 13inches in length. the shirt is 22" long. The large is as follows resting waist 31" with an easy stretch to 40" and 13 inches in length. the top is 23" long. 😁hope that helps
