lisa b. and co. Suede Multi-Pocket Tote Chocolate Brown

NY designer lisa b. has been somewhat under the radar. Her work features gorgeous leather goods like this vintage Y2K suede multi-pocket tote in a dark chocolate brown which features a total of nine pockets, inspired by the humble canvas garden tote. This version has two larger snapped pockets on either side and three slightly smaller open pockets each on the front and back, plus one small slit pocket on the inside. The body of the bag is beautiful soft suede. The trim, bottom, and ties on top are smooth leather. The top handles are a nice size for wearing on the shoulder or as a hand held bag. The ties are smooth on one side and raw/suede on the other. Side snaps are bronze/gold tone. Interior is fabric lined. Gently pre-owned, it’s in excellent shape with some scratches/patina from normal use. This bag was a bit floppy when new and has gotten a little more so over time, so not super structured, but that’s also part of its charm. From smoke-free, pet-free household. Measurements: 9.5 X 12 X 7 inches. Handle drop is 8”. Handles are 17.5” long.
