carolwt Hi. No stains and looks new. Length of the dress is 19" from top of shoulder to bottom of hem (which is an ample hem ) Also, 9-11" shoulder to shoulder with a bit of stretch. Sleeve length is 14" It says a size 3 but I think 18months to 2yrs is more like it. Maybe because I had hefty babies:)!!
