@lilirishflower i am about 5'5 for reference so yes you would probably need to hem! it is a simple straight line hem and goes floor length on me without heels.

@lilirishflower yes i definitely think it would fit! at the time i wore the dress i was a size 8 even though the tag says 4. the waist band is somewhat stretchy so it works well!
