long mint and black pull on jersey skirt size s fits like a med

This long size s/ch fits more like a medium. It is 95% viscose and 5% spandex measuring in at about 43 inches top to bottom. There is a slit up left leg that measures 22 inches in length. It has an elastic waist band and one blemish I could find toward the bottom of the skirt shown in last pic.
