lulu’s wine formal dress

Needed to get the dress hemmed a little so the length is approx. 44” from armpit to bottom hem. The straps were also sewn to be shorter, but the stitches can be removed so it goes back to the original strap length. Only wore the dress 3-4 times. Smoke-free home.
