This maroon dress has a rhinestone detail on the top and on the waist. The neckline goes a bit high, but not like a halter top. There is also a bit of a tulle underskirt to make it puff out a bit. It’s only a very small underskirt so it does not do much. There are cutouts in the back. In the middle of the two cutouts, the dress hooks together. There is also a zipper. It’s a size 5 in juniors, but fits more like a 3 or 4 women’s. Worn once for a wedding. Flexible price.
