This is a new (without tags) skirt by Halogen. Asymmetrical hem in front, maroon/burgundy color, fitted pencil-skirt style. Faux zipper along front and hidden zipper in back. Feels very professional, powerful, and feminine. Waist measures 12.5 inches across front, widest part of hips measures 15.5 inches across front, and length is 24.5 inches from waist to hem.
