Light silky material. Not sheer, so easy to wear alone. Length is about ankle (36”). Drawstring waist fits 26-36”. Beautiful blue/gray color. Nice and cool. Great with heeled sandals. Runs a little large in waist so best for S/M or M waist. No flaws.
