medium Urban outfitters plaid business pants petite (?)

Plaid urban outfitters business pants. they’re super cute and fit me perfectly (size 29w) but they’re way too short for me personally. I usually wear 29x31 but these are like highwaters on me. i would think these would be perfect for someone whose around 5’-5’4”
