Has stretchy smocking panel around bust and elastic in the wrists and shoulders. Exterior fabric is 100% cotton gauze with a polyester lining. Womens size small Originally from Morning Lavender Boutique called INGRID SMOCKED MINI DRESS Good used condition. Only flaw of note is some of the thread in the smocked panel came off (see images)
