mini strap cotton dress

the red part is a bit ruffled whereas the top is smooth there’s a “belt” in the middle that separates the top & bottom and is the same color and pattern type as the bottom part of dress only worn once or twice, in really good condition but a few loose threads around ( i’ll remove them!) size: seems like a L, but the tag was removed, could fit larger size or smaller( very stretchy)
